At Root Cause Coaching, I believe in addressing the root cause of the presenting problem. My lived experience of recovery combined with clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices allows me to connect with compassion and a non-shaming approach. Through many modalities of teaching I am able to uncover the unique strengths and gifts of who we are, not what we do.
