We serve our community and surrounding areas by offering compassionate care and guidance, helping our clients explore the basis of their challenges and gain the skills necessary to navigate those challenges in a healthy manner, now and in the future.

With over 24 years of counseling experience in NJ & TN, Melanie founded Looking Forward Counseling to fulfill her passion and true calling to help others reach their highest potential. With over 24 years of counseling experience in NJ & TN, Melanie founded Looking Forward Counseling to fulfill her passion and true calling to help others reach their highest potential. As part of her training, Melanie earned an MA in Counseling from Centenary University in NJ, has certifications in Anger Management, Nature-Based Therapy and holds a TEMP-LPC license in Tennessee. Though primarily a private-pay counselor, Melanie currently accepts United Healthcare/Optum and clients through the Treatment Access Bank grant-funded program.
